We enjoyed Joungy's cooking class a lot! Starting with picking us up from the subway station and having a nice short walk from there to her cooking class including a stop by at a local market to get some insights about the groceries. Cooking the dishes which Joungy made easy to understand - made fun and were delicious! We loved the fact that you can eat each dish after preparation. All in all, the service, the food quality and Joungy's chef expertise were excellent! Thank you so much, we will definitely recommend! :)

Great class. Joungy is so knowledgeable and we actually did the cooking. The market tour was nice prior to the class as it was great to learn about the veggies commonly used in Korean cooking. The Bibimbap we made was better than one I had at a restaurant. The dessert was delicious and I'm so excited to make it now. Would definitely take her class again.
The class was great!! We like to take cooking classes in the various countries we visit and I would have to say Joungy's class was one the best. I like how we made eat course and then had time to eat it while it was still fresh. Going to a local market beforehand was very educational and also a lot of fun. I can hardly wait to eat the kimchi we made.
Joungy's cooking class was one of the best cooking classes I' ve taken so far! It was authentic and fun! We went to a market to get our ingredients and she even help me buy chili paste and soybean paste in her free time after the cooking class, so I could recook the menu and showed me were to buy chopsticks. Thank you again Joungy :) Our menu was: - Seafood Pancakes ( I'm not fond of seafood, so Joungy bought more vegetables for my pancake which was really nice of her!) - Bulgogi with soy sauce and rice - korean crapes with nuts - and we learned how to make kimchi and could take a glass home ! This cooking class is definitely fun, even if you're not that experienced at cooking and a great way to learn more about the korean kitchen and culture.
We joined Joungy‘s cooking class in a group of 2 and were lucky to have a private lesson with her making seafood pancakes (heamul pajean), spicy roasted pork (jeyuk bokum) and bukkumi nut crêpes. Joungy offered an intimate experience at her traditional-style home near a local food market, patiently teaching us recipes simple enough to follow abroad, yet authentic in preparation and flavor. Her classes are, in our opinion, an insightful taste of Korean cooking and one of the highlights of our stay in Seoul!
Excellent morning with the very kind and friendly chef. The program is great to get a quick insight into the goods at the market, which we also use for the cooking. Joungy's recipes and instructions are easy to follow and the outcome was delicious. She was very helpful throughout the day. We had a great time, lots of laughs, tasty and hearty korean food with our lovely chef Joungy :) It will be one of our best memory of our visit to Korea.

Chef Joungy did a really great job of teaching the class. It was structured very well, she explained all directions very clearly, and demonstrated great enthusiasm all throughout. I loved the fact that her classes had an appetizer, main dish, and dessert to teach. I look forward to learning more Korean dishes to cook from her. Keep up the great work!
We were with a small group of two students, which was perfect! Joungy taught us how to make 3 dishes and kimchi, and there was plenty of room for nice talks and fun. I would definitely recommend the class.
Joungy is an amazing chef and teacher! We had a great time and are looking forward to incorporating the tasty recipes we learned in our cooking routine. If you’re visiting Seoul, Joungy’s class is definitely worth taking. She recommended great places to visit during our trip and it’s nice getting to know a friendly face around the city.
Had a great class. I am not a particularly talented cook but I had a lot of fun and made some great dishes. Joungy was very patient and taught me a lot of things on how to be a better cook in general too. Good for groups or singles (I went as a single). Would recommend, had a good time.
We had an amazing time with Joungy and her home! This was one of the best experience we had from our short trip to Korea. Great school! Amazing chef! Joungy was very friendly and accommodating. She has her own style in teaching that was intimidating but very concise and straight to the point. She taught us the importance of spices in Korean cuisine as well as the use of different herbs from the market tour. After teaching us the starters, main and dessert, we talked about Seoul and its culture. From a person who loves Korean food and wanting to try out being a Korean for one day, then this is the perfect place for you!
It was really lovely to learn more about Korean cooking and how to adapt it towards a vegetarian diet. Thank you!
I really enjoyed my class with Joungy, she broke down the process for each dish really simply and made a scary recipe really easy. I loved the fact that we could take our Kimchi home (which is now in my fridge in the UK).
