Formal & Traditional Korean Cooking Class in Central Seoul - Evening Class

I have been to many countries to travel and also worked as a chef for around 9 years. I've been to Mongolia, Brazil, Germany, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand to name a few. My major is Korean food and I have abundant experience in the kitchen so I can teach you how to make and prepare traditional Korean food. Our class is small size maximum 6 pax it mean I can teach you very detailed. Please feel free to ask special options such as Vegetarian, Non spicy, Gluten fee and Dairy free.

Menu

Monday ,Wednesday& Friday

• Heamul pajean - Seafood pancake with spring onion.
• Bibimbab - Mixed rice what is one of the traditional and famous Korean food.
• Bukumi - Korean crepes with nuts (for dessert).

Tuesday & Saturday

• Japche - sweet and savory dish of stir-fried glass noodles and vegetables.
• Jeyuk bokum - Spicy stir-fried pork and vegetables.
• Bukumi - Korean crepes with nuts (for dessert).

Thursday & Sunday

• Kimchi jeon - Kimchi pancake
• Bulgogi - stir-fried beef with soy sauce
• Bukumi - Korean crepes with nuts (for dessert).

*after class we are going to a sky park which is you can see beautiful night view and lights in central Seoul !

Schedule

• 6:00 pm: Meeting at front of gate 1 Seoul station
• 6:30 pm: Introduction and welcome tea
• 7:00 pm: Cooking starter menu and tasting
• 7:30 pm: Cooking main menu and tasting
• 8:00 pm: Cooking dessert and tasting 
• 8:30 pm: Finish cooking class & go to Seoullo 7017 park
