Follow me to a typical Parisian market to discover high quality French products, their origins and their stories.

We will choose together everything we will need to prepare a festive lunch for all of us!

We will then go back to my apartment to cook typical French dishes (sometimes with a little twist) before sharing them during a convivial meal (appetizer, cheese and wine included)

Meet me at 10am at my place in the 7th district at a 10 min walk of the Eiffel Tower.

We will go together in the lovely rue Cler, a pedestrian street full of small shops where we can buy everything we will need. But first, we will start with a typically Parisian café at the counter.

We will then go back to my apartment to cook a festive meal we will then share all together!

Please not I only accept 5 people maximum so that we have chance t really interact and get to know each other.

Aurore was an excellent instructor! It was so fun to shop with her and then go back to her home and prepare a meal. The meal was delicious and very informative. I highly recommend this class.

Our experience was exactly what we were hoping for! Aurora is the best cook, cultural coach, and guide imaginable. She is instructive without being overbearing. Her wonderful insights introduced us to new understandings of ingredients and how to combine them in the most tasteful manner. We went away saying, "we could make that!" In addition, her insights into French culture rounded out the experience into the most wonderful day imaginable.

Our cooking experience with a great cook, mentor, and great historian was absolutely the best. This class was with Aurore. The trip to the market really gave a “feel for the culture” and many new French cooking skills were learned. Aurore was very knowledgeable about the history of Paris and gave us insights into cheese pairings and the proper ways to cut the cheese. The roast pork turned out great and our chocolate lava cake was to cherish. We had 4 people in our group and all had a wonderful experience.
