We booked it two days before and our class count was only three persons. The translator spoke very good English, so everything was understandable. The chef-cook supplied us with a lot of information about the three-course menu we cooked, but also alternatives for home-cooking. Due to our small group, every one of us had an own workstation. In summary, it not only tastes great, it also was a really great experience and a lot of news about the Vietnamese kitchen.

Me and my friend took a class with cookly, which was so great! We had Such a fun time and laughed so much together and with The cheif - and The food was delicious too. We wanted to go back The next Day and have a New class, but sadly The were closed during The TET holiday
The class was excellent. The chef and translator were well prepared and the class was well organized.
The lectuler is professional. She speaks clear English and explanation is also clear. The cooking class is located in the very old building. It is very old but very nice. It may be old French style. I feel historical emotion when I see the view from terrace in the cooking school. I am working in Vietnam about 10 years but I did not know that nice place. I recommend people who like history or old style building, and cooking lover.
Had a great time with my wife in the cooking class. Everyone was so helpful and the teacher told us every little secret to be able to replicate these dishes back at home. And they were delicious, would recommend it to everyone
