We really enjoyed our cookery class with Yumi and would highly recommend it. It is clear that Yumi is in her perfect job, she is such a friendly, fun and passionate teacher and puts so much effort into preparation so you can experience authentic Japanese food. She kindly accommodated one vegan and one non-vegan during the class so we could both enjoy our meals, we really appreciated this. And now we have wonderful recipes to take home with us :) A really worthwhile and fun experience while in Tokyo, don't hesitate to book now!

We had a wonderful experience and learned so much. Yumi speaks very good English and it was easy to follow her instructions. The results were in the delicious food that we will try to replicate. Can’t recommend highly enough. Also enjoyed visiting Tsukiji outer market after the class and browsing the stalls- there is cookware, stationery, wagyu, fruit- so much more to see and try than just Tuna!
This class was fantastic! Yumi is an absolute joy and such a wealth of knowledge! She made the class easy to follow and I feel confident that I can make these dishes at home!
Yumi is a wonderful cook and teacher. Her kitchen is lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with her learning how to make gyoza and ramen. She took into account our food restrictions and created recipes for us.
