Had so much fun!! They were very kind and understood my religion belief and provided substitutes for anything I do not eat. The class was fun and I enjoyed so much! Would definitely recommend it.

My two teenage daughters and I took this class and had a wonderful time. It was a good change of pace for a morning, we had fun and learned skills we can use at home. Masuko was a great teacher, patient and kind and definitely included all of us! She was able to adapt the menu to exclude red meat which we appreciated. We made dashi, miso soup, tamagoyaki (omelette ) rice balls seasoned with baby sardine sauce, grilled marinated salmon and fish and asparagus rolls( usually beef). It made for a delicious hearty lunch. Masuko gave us detailed recipe print outs with both writing and photographs . She also told us lots of extra information about techniques, ingredients and equipment - including where to get them in Tokyo. Overall an experience we’d highly recommend.
Mariko and her staff were so pleasant, so well-spoken and extremely knowledgeable. Our family did this together and it was the perfect level of challenge for all of us. We enjoyed our meal and time with the team.
The class was great. We learned a lot about everyday cooking.
