Issaya Cooking Studio is the culinary education and demonstration centre located on the lower level of Central Embassy. The Studio is the natural culmination of its parent restaurant - the renowned Issaya Siamese Club, the flagship restaurant of Thailand’s internationally acclaimed Chef Ian Kittichai - and Sub-Zero & Wolf kitchen equipment.

"Culture and Passion"

The cooking studio is located in the basement level of the upscale Emporium Shopping Mall - an entire floor dedicated to the marvels of Thai cooking culture. The school is modern and super clean, the recipes are easy with a modern twist on Thai comfort food classics, all of them straight forward and easy to prepare. The staff is great and everything is explained with patience. The results are very tasty and enticing to repeat at home! The foundation is Thai cuisine but more in a modern way. Teacher shared the tips about every dish, as they aware that we might be be able to get all ingredients in our country, he shared with us alternative we can use. We learned 4 dishes and all are easy to reproduce at home. The teacher speaks reasonably good English, enabling us to communicate smoothly.
