During 3 hours you'll make your own macarons. You'll get the tricks to make your own back at home.
Macarons are very delicate and for us it is really important that you'll be able to succeed once back at home. Our motto is "Learning by doing" so you'll bake during these 3 hours not just see what we know how to do. And after we will taste and enjoy these delicious creations together of course with a deserved tea time.
Menu
Two different recipes will be proposed to practice!
- A fruity one: we use seasonal fruits above all in spring and summer
- A foody one (even if fruits are foody..): chocolate or vanilla or coffee depending on the chefs
Schedule
- 4:00 pm: Start with a welcome coffee
- 4:10 pm: Baking
- 6:30 pm: Enjoy and deserve your macaron teatime
