Edwardo was awesome. Very knowledgeable in the market. Class was fun and relaxed, and we ate what we made. I loved it. I would do it again.

So impressed with the instructor's knowledge! She explained how Madrid gets its fresh seafood, how olives mature and even explained how Spain sustains its fruit and vegetable market using the various regions of the country. The class was very interactive, the recipes were delicious and we even got to bring a copy of them home to make again. This experience has inspired us to take cooking classes everywhere we travel!
Thanks to Laura and Angel for a wonderful cooking experience. We went there with a group of 21 work colleagues as a networking event and everybody had so much fun and enjoyed the class. Laura and Angel were very knowledgeable and entertaining, and some of our colleagues got into a Paella-competition, so much fun! Muchas gracias!!!!!!!!!!!
