Whether you are an amateur or an experienced cook, a culinary novice or the master of your own kitchen. If you're curious about or have a love of Vietnam cuisine, you've come to the right place! We'll give you the knowledge!

We'll help you build the skill! And with the full Vietnamese cooking experience you will get from M.O.M Cooking Class you will return home with the ability to recreate your favorite food memories of Vietnam.

Furthermore, you can select dishes from private class including Pho, Bun Bo, Vietnamese dumpling, Hanoi fish cake and you can enjoy free flow juice during class

You can select 4 of these:

• Fresh spring roll with pork and prawns served with peanut butter.
• Pomelo salad with grilled dried squids, grated coconut flesh, crunchy vegetable with fish sauce dressing sauce.
• Stewed chicken in clay pot with lemongrass and chili, served with hot rice.
• Net fried spring rolls with pork, prawns and taro.
• Green java plum salad with quail eggs and dried shrimps mixed with special sweet and sour dressing fish sauce.
• Grilled beef in betel leaves served with net rice noodle, vegetable and fish sauce dipping sauce.
• Sweet and sour soup with red snapper, pineapple, tamarind and local veggies.
• Lotus stem salad with celery, carrot, pork and prawns.
• BBQ pork with vermicelli and vegetable.
• Fried spring roll with pork and taro.
• Banana blossom salad with chicken and jellyfish.
• Stewed basa fish in clay pot with galangal, lemongrass and chili.
• Pho rice paper rolled with sauté beef and herb, served with fish sauce dressing sauce.
• Taro salad with crispy fried taro and crunchy vegetable, topping with BBQ sate squids.
• Caramelized pork in clay pot with coconut flesh and quail eggs.
• Green papaya salad with pork and prawns, topping with roasted peanut.
• Banh mi with BBQ pork, pickle and cucumber.
