Our most popular class includes a tour of the local market where you will learn about the ingredients and see a different side to Thai culture. After that cook 4 dishes of your choice during the hands-on Thai cooking workshop.

Morning class:

11:05 am: Introduction to the basic Thai sauces
11:30 am: Cooking class - First dish & Tasting
12:00 pm: Learn about Thai herbs and how to make curry paste

"Amazing Cuisine"

No words are enough to describe this experience. It was my first time and it did not disappoint. I was alone but were joined by other participants who were also tourists. We got to learn together and enjoy our individually cooked Thai dishes. We were introduced to Thai herbs and made curry paste from scratch while feeling Thai culture through their cooking styles and techniques. I may not be a professional cook but my dish turned out the best Thai food I have tasted. Thank you!

"Culture and Passion"

My third time in this class already. I brought some family members with me because they were so curious about my experience in this class. I missed the local market tour last year so this time we were able to visit the local market and handpicked the fresh ingredients. Just like before, we had a great time, we were laughing, enjoying our lessons and getting our hands busy. As usual the kitchen was organized, staff were friendly and they were really ecstatic to see me again. My family and I learned a new set of authentic Thai dishes that we were able to take home and share with our friends and other relatives.
