Whether you are an amateur or an experienced cook, a culinary novice or the master of your own kitchen. If you're curious about or have a love of Vietnam cuisine, you've come to the right place! We'll give you the knowledge! We'll help you build the skill! And with the full Vietnamese cooking experience you will get from M.O.M Cooking Class you will return home with the ability to recreate your favorite food memories of Vietnam.

Go along with our chef to choose fresh ingredients for your class. You will experience the hustle and bustle of the market in Vietnam. Explore the mysterious backstreet markets of Saigon. You will witness the morning of the local people through the meticulous guidance of our Chef. Come back to our cooking class by foot (about 3 minutes) and start to cook from 10am. Enjoy three tasty dishes and one dessert from our chef to complete your meal. Iced tea and water will be served during your cooking class. A nice envelope with all detailed recipes will be given to you at the end of your class.

"Great experience and food"

We had a great morning being taught how to prepare (and then eat) spring rolls, BBQ beef wrapped in lolot leaves and coconut palm heart salad with pork and prawns. We also made accompanying dips. The chef Tommy was great in explaining what to do (he also took us to the local market first thing to buy ingredients). The food we made under his guidance was delicious! We would definitely do this again!

We really enjoyed the cooking class with Pink, she was a very good teacher! The food was delicious !! I would definitely recommend to take the class ! but don’t eat breakfast before ;)

"Friendly and personal"

Whereas we have experienced that other classes would have been cancelled with too few participants we experienced a unique session with chef Tommy. With just myself and my wife we went to the market to have coffee and get the ingredients. Thereafter we cooked three courses at the relaxed MoM venue. Everything was well organized with ingredients measured and utensils prepared.

My friend and I really enjoyed the class with Chef Tommy! The dishes were easy enough to prepare, and absolutely delicious. Chef Tommy's knowledge of all things food, from local flavors to international cuisine was a wonderful addition to a great afternoon!

My boyfriend and I loved this cooking class, our teacher was very enthusiastic and taught us all about every ingredient, and made sure every member of the class was keeping up and knowing what to do. We learnt about Vietnamese herbs and fish sauce and prawns, etc. We had iced tea to go with the food. The food was so yummy!! We also got a cute recipe booklet to take home. Loads of fun!! Oh - and the market tour at the beginning was a lovely way to begin the day!
