Make Ravioli and Tiramisu from Scratch with Chef Matteo

Hi there, my name is Matteo, I'm a chef for cooking classes for tourists in my facility since 2014... I've been training 3000+ guests and I always have fun in my job.

I will reveal the secrets to cook like an Italian chef even if you are beginners!!! What I provide is a unique and exclusive experience: to cook like a real Italian taught by an authentic roman chef.

Everybody has a work station with a cooktop to let everybody cook individually, following instructions step by step and, after that, you get to eat your well-deserved meal! Obviously practice makes perfection, so I will email you the recipes of what we did together so you can replicate that in your home.

Please note: the class is held on Tuesday morning (11am-2pm) and Friday afternoon (4pm-7pm)

• 11:00 am: Welcome drink with prosecco
• 11:30 am: Homemade pizza tasting
• 12:00 pm: Hands-on cooking class: Ravioli and Tiramisu
• 14:00 pm: Class ends

Friday 

• 4:00 pm: Welcome drink with prosecco
• 4:30 pm: Homemade pizza tasting
• 5:00 pm: Hands-on cooking class: Ravioli and Tiramisu
• 7:00 pm: Class ends
