About

Japan's premiere Sushi School, Tokyo Sushi Academy, presents a 90 minutes "Sushi Making Workshop" in English, in its birthplace, Tsukiji. English instruction for the first 30 minutes and all you can make and eat for the last 60 minutes!

Schedule

We have 4 sessions every Saturday.

Morning Class

9:00 am: Introduction to sushi making
10:30 am: End of class and enjoy sushi you've made

Midday Class 1

11:00 pm: Introduction to sushi making
12:30 pm: End of class and enjoy sushi you've made

Midday Class 2

1:00 pm: Introduction to sushi making
2:30 pm: End of class and enjoy sushi you've made

Afternoon Class

"Great!"

We really enjoyed this class! Intimate setting of just two couples, we felt like we had the instructors full attention and commitment to teaching us how to make sushi. Location is great, went to Tsukiji fish market before class to scope it out. Guests were welcome to eat as much sushi as they could make. Would definitely recommend.

"Satisfying and Insightful"

Who doesn't love sushi? I took this class as recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. I love sushi and i wanted to learn how to make it from scratch so that i can start a business back home. I learned a lot from culture and history. The instructor was very knowledgeable and patient with us. It was a short class but very insightful. At the end of the session, i was proud to say that i feel like an expert in recreating sushi! I am really satisfied with this class. Wow factor and amazing Japanese chefs!

"Relaxing and fun experience!"

The classroom set up is so organized and everyone is really welcoming. We were a group of four and had our own instructor which was nice so we can get a personalized lesson. I can't remember her name now but she was a sweet little lady with glasses and a quirky sense of humor. She laughed along with us through the whole class and made sure we were enjoying ourselves and eating lots of sushi. The class was easy and fun! And they have great photo ops at the end like dressing up in sushi costumes. I would highly recommend this class!
