The cooking class includes a guided tour through a beautiful garden where visitors learn about the different spices that are used in the Malaysian cuisine. The lush surrounding offers an ideal place to wind down and relax. The daily changing cuisine represents the diversity of Malaysia and its food. Local chefs will not only show you how to cook, but will also give you insights into the culture of Malaysia. After the cooking class, the lunch is served on a patio where you have a great view of the garden and the beach closeby.

Our cooking classes are a hands-on affair, armed with individual work stations. Bring home a taste of Malaysia as our team of resident chefs teach you the secret to our cuisine.

Morning Session

9:00 am: Live Guided Tour of the Spice Terraces
9:45 am: Herbal Tea served at the Bamboo Garden
10:00 am: Gift Shop
10:15 am: Cooking Class
12:30 - 1:00 pm: End of Class & Lunch at the Patio

We had a fantastic time cooking traditional Malay food. We had a food station each so cooked our own meal, rather than between 2, which was great as you are hands on the whole time. The meal at the end was delicious. Thank you.
