Our cooking class takes place in our Salon de Ti, which is located above our restaurant. Le Salon de Ti welcomes you to an intimate space decorated with a perfect blend of contemporary and old world charm. Louis XVI style furniture’s, chandeliers and breathtaking 270˚ views over Bophut Bay provide guests with an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. You will be taught by our experienced chef and will be taught how to cook the most famous dishes of Thailand for you to be able to relive your holiday at home.

• Po Pia Sot Goong - Fresh spring roll with prawns
• Chu Chee Pla - Fried sea bass with red curry

• Som Tam Malakor - Green papaya salad
• Gai Phad Med Mamuang - Stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts

Menu Option #3:

• Po Pia Thod - Deep fried spring roll
• Phad Thai Goong - Thai noodles with prawns

• Tom Yum Goong - Spicy prawn soup
• Gaeng Kiew Wan Gai - Green curry with chicken

• Tom Ka Gai - Coconut soup with chicken
• Gaeng Phed Ped Yang - Red curry with duck

12:00 pm: Cooking session 

2:00  pm: Lunch at Zazen Restaurant (Guests enjoy the dish they have cooked)
