Market + Bike + Village Tour Cooking Class

About

This market & village tour cooking class gives the participants a wholesome experience of Vietnamese local culture and traditional food preparation. This tour includes a scenic and short bicycle ride to the picturesque An My village.

There you will visit a typical Vietnamese house and a mechanical workshop to see handmade agriculture tools. We will also also provide you with interesting information regarding cultivation of fresh herbs and vegetables as well as discovering their medicinal purposes.

Then enjoy a short bicycle ride to the colourful village market where all of your senses will be aroused. You will have the opportunity to interact with the locals and choose some of the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson. Our chefs will demonstrate how to prepare each dish and after the class, you will be able to taste what you have made.

• 9:45   am: Transfer to market

• 11:00 am: Explanations from the Chef
• 11:15 am: Cooking class
• 1:00   pm: Lunch
• 2:00   pm: End of course
