We invite you to take part in Cook & Taste Tenerife’s Traditional Spain Cooking Course. Learn the basics of gastronomy so many have fallen in love with and which continues to seduce good food lovers from around the world. All the experience is directed by our professionally trained chefs in the best gastronomic schools in Spain, where they learned the techniques and tricks of Traditional Cooking respecting each process and using the best ecological ingredients obtained directly from local producers. 

There is also to everybody because each of our recipes have a Vegetarian and Vegan version, even for people with celiac disease and with some intolerance or allergy, you only need to inform us of their existence and we will take care of preparing everything

This allows us to customize each class to make it unforgettable for all participants. 

All wine and no alcohol berberage are included

Menu

• Gazpacho Andaluz: a light summer soup made with fresh raw local vegetables, seasoned with olive oil and vinegar, and served with “trompezones” or bread croutons.

• Paella de Mariscos: the most emblematic dish of our gastronomy and probably also the most debated (ask Jamie Oliver!) – Seafood or Vegetarian paella.
• Tosta con pan artesanal: (or its Catalan counterpart, Pa Amb Tomaquet). Discover the amazing flavour of Canary Islands’ roasted flour combined with an emulsion of local tomatoes and olive oil.
• Mousse de Gofio: an exquisite dessert typical of the Canary Islands made with milk, flour, lemon, eggs, sugar, butter, raisins, almonds, and cinnamon.

Schedule

Morning Class: Monday to Saturday 

• 11:00 am: Meeting at the cooking school and starting the class
• 2:00 pm: End of class

Afternoon Class: Monday to Thursday

• 6:00 pm: Meeting at the cooking school and starting the class
• 9:00 pm: End of class
