We Love Green! That’s why, when it comes to creating fabulous plant-based food, we say there can never be too many cooks in the kitchen. With our vegan and vegetarian Thai food cooking classes, we want to introduce everyone to the delicious possibilities of cooking traditional Thai food with a modern, ethical twist. We Love Green cooking classes will expand your palate and open your mind to an array of new techniques that will shake you out of mealtime ruts and help you spread the word of good, honest cooking!

Schedule

Morning course

8:00 - 08:50: Pick-up from your hotel
9:00 am: Local Fresh Market Tour
9:30 am: Arrive at our school
10:00 am: Make Curry Paste (Green & Red), Chili Paste, Peanut Sauce, Fresh Spring Roll, Pad Thai and tasting.
11:00 am: Make Green & Red Curry, Yellow Curry, Tom Yum Soup / Sour Soup / Coconut Soup (Choose one soup) and tasting.
12:00 pm: Make Papaya Salad / Cucumber Salad (Choose one) and tasting.
12:30 pm: Make Mango Sticky Rice and tasting.
1:00 pm: End of the cooking class and drop off at your hotel.

Afternoon course

1:00 pm - 1:50 pm: Pick-up from your hotel.
2:00 pm: Local Fresh Market Tour
2:30 pm: Arrive at our school

A great cooking course with good instructions and many tips. You learn many super delicious dishes in a very short time, which reflect the Thai cuisine very well.

Absolutely amazing class with fresh ingredients and it was customed so I still can make it back home!! Definitley reccomend and even if you're not vegan/vegetarian it's worth going since there is SO much we can do without meat. Thank you so much I had a great time :)

Ich kann den Kochkurs auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Wir wurden zuerst abgeholt auf einem Markt herumgeführt (wo uns alle späteren Zutaten gezeigt und erklärt wurden). Bei der Kochschule gab es zusätzlich sehr interessante und hilfreiche Tipps und Erklärungen zu den Gerichten. Das Zubereiten der Gerichte war ebenfalls super. Alles wurde genau erklärt und perfekt vorbereitet und das selbstgekochte Essen hat super geschmeckt. Ich hätte gerne noch länger gekocht, weil es so viel Spaß gemacht hat :) und komme gerne wieder.

This course was excellent! The tour to the local market was very informative and the course itself was so much fun! I was the only one that day so i had a private course with Nan the teacher. She was so kind and funny and the food we made was unbelievable delicious! I highly recommend this course to everyone who loves to cook and likes vegan and thai kitchen!
