The class was amazing! We started with defining all ingredients and the curry paste. I loved learning cooking small tricks that makes the whole difference! Thank you for this great experience!

Really nice insights into the thai cuisine!

The vegetarian cooking class we took the evening of 12/2 was wonderful. We were picked up at our hotel by our teacher. She was very kind and friendly. At the cooking school we were offered a snack and water. She explained the ingredients of the food which were beautifully presented in a basket. We the proceeded to the stations. Everything was prepared, clean, appetizing and ready for us. There were assistants available to clean up after us as well. We made 6 dishes, ate afterwards and had enough food to take home for another meal. It was THE BEST TASTING food we had in Thailand so far. We received a recipe booklet and can’t wait to try it out at home. Well worth the time and money!!! All thumbs up for this teacher and the school!

Group of 4 (2 couples). This made it very pleasant and personal. The instruction lady was a blast, very funny and sweet. The food was ridiculously good and so tastefull. When in Chiang Mai, certainly a must do!

The owner, the instructors - Nah and her teams (i dont know how to spell her name) are so friendly and nice. They taught us the best cooking lesson we’ve learned. We all had a good time. Besides, they helped us a lot in finding another interesting activities that we should do in Chiangmai. They are so so kind.

We took the express class and had the best time. So much fun cooking a few simple, super yummy Thai dishes during the evening. Hands down the best Pad Thai we have ever eaten! Loved our instructor and the whole vibe, it’s very personal and we will forever cherish this experience. Highly recommend!

We really loved the evening class!! The teachers were extremely friendly and helpful!! Even though we weren’t vegan, we loved the meals we cooked and got to take some back home! I would highly recommend this tour, thank you!!

We learnt to make a lot of different dishes and all of them were so tasty. The best peanut sauce Friendly, funny and a fantastic cook. The free recipe book is really good too. Can’t wait to make all these dishes at home. Thanks again!

Did a class with my boyfriend and it was the highlight of our Thailand trip. Our instructor was hilarious, charismatic and so knowledgeable about Thai cuisine. Despite only being a new cooking school everything is organised so perfectly. The trip to the markets is a great touch because it’s so interesting to see where the produce is bought from before using it to cook. You get to make so so so much food with option of eating it (impossible!), taking it home afterwards or having it donated to the homeless. The food that we made has been the best food we’ve eaten in all of Thailand, their recipes are amazing and everything has so much flavour. I love that it’s a home style cooking school with no pressure of being inside a restaurant. Honestly had the most amazing day and I’m sure this is the best cooking school in all of Thailand!

There was so much to love about this whole day. The only problem was that I over-ate because the food was so amazing and was about to explode. Fortunately, you can take it home, with leftovers that will last you for days. One thing that impressed me was all of the preparation they do to make the experience enjoyable. The whole cooking space is very nice and you have your own workstation. They do alot of the prep-work in advance so you can focus on being the chef. Somjai do such an amazing job at making a great experience. Overall amazing value. Do it even if you're not a vegetarian. The food tastes like it has meat even though it doesn't.

We have a really nice day cooking with our chef ! We learn the best Thai recipes possible with fresh and quality ingredients. Our chef was really funny and give us a lot of ideas to adapt the recipes back home with our homestay ingredients and preferences. The couple that give the cooking class was so sympatic and generous. All the recipes we made were so good and tasty, but still realist to do back home. Plus, we got back after the day with take out food we've made. I really recommend to join their class, for the quality of the teaching, the fresh ingredients and the nice recipes you will eat all day. They also give us a nice little book recipes with simple explanation. Merci à vous trois!

La visite du marché était sympa, j'ai découvert de nouveaux ingrédients, on me les a montré, faire sentir, expliqué à quoi ils servait, par quoi les remplacer si besoin. J'ai vraiment réalisé toutes les recettes au programme en 4h, de façon traditionnelle mais vegan. Patchareeporn est une très bonne professeure, attentive et expliquant les bons gestes et techniques et donnant des astuces. Les recettes sélectionnées permettent de voir un large éventail du patrimoine culinaire thaï, avec des ingrédients plutôt aisés à trouver en France (et pour les autres, l'école m'en a fourni une partie et m'a expliqué où acheter le reste !). Le petit livre des recettes réalisées reprend bien les explications pour pouvoir s'en rappeler une fois chez soi, et la partie note m'a permis d'écrire les astuces qu'on me donnait. Et surtout la dégustation est un moment génial, les plats sont tellement bons ! J'ai vraiment regretté de partir en bus le soir même et de ne pas pouvoir prendre tout ce que j'avais cuisiné ! Et cerise sur le gâteau : les photos. Avec mon accord j'ai été prise en photo avec mes plats, après que Patchareeporn m'ai aidé à les présenter. Les photos prises sont dignes d'un livre de cuisine et ont donné faim à mes proches ! En bref, je recommande vraiment, j'ai passé une matinée que je n'oublierai pas, et j'ai hâte de refaire les recettes à ma famille et mes amis !
