In this unique class, you'll learn everything you need to know to make Soba or buckwheat noodles. Soba is a traditional Japanese noodle that is notoriously difficult to prepare.
Traditional all-buckwheat noodles take experience and equipment beyond what home chefs can provide. However, in this class, you'll learn to make "Ni-Hachi style Soba", which uses a small amount of wheat flour to provide some gluten and is easier to make with basic equipment.
This is a more friendly approach and an all-round approach for beginners who are interested in learning to cook this authentic Japanese noodle dish. Additionally, you'll learn how to make a dipping sauce for cold Soba noodles as well.
