Good morning!
Every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday morning at 9.30am we meet at the local farmers market where we will be visiting, tasting and learning about Italian's biodiversity natural products.
Take a tour through the incredible variety of food cultures still living throughout the Italian peninsula. Learn about the multiple ways of preparing vegetables, meat, and fish; taste and learn about the different types and origins of some of the most worldwide known cheese. A lot if incredible difference and so much more from the natural and authentic farmers market.
The menu will be decided together at the market, where we will buy the groceries for the cooking class. The menu will include four recipes, an appetizer, a pasta course, main course, and dessert.
After 1-hour market tour, we will be heading home and make the magic happen!
Your Chef will begin the class with an introduction to the menu accompanied by Prosecco wine and nibbles and you will then start cooking.
After 2 hours cooking class the lunch will be served with your masterpieces, great wines, fantastic espresso, and Limoncello Liquor at the end of the meal.
You will also receive a diploma to remember your experience and all the recipes you cooked.
