Choosing the right ingredients to use when preparing a traditional Vietnamese dish are of paramount importance. Throughout the cooking class, your personal chef will advise you on the secrets of selecting the perfect colors, shapes and smells to create your own special dishes in class!

Meeting point is at 8:45 am at main gate ( with a big clock on the top of the gate) of Ben Thanh market. The chef will wear chef uniform with the logo " The Vietnamese Cooking Class" so you can recognize her easily.
