My husband and I took O'ngo's night food tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately, we got lost trying to find the office the first night, but they generously allowed us to return the next night. It was quite a large group as we were joining a family of eight, but everyone had a good time. We visited several restaurants in the winding alleys of Insa-Dong. My favorite dish was the gungjung tteokbokki (royal tteakbokki), a milder, more soy-based version of the popular rice cake dish. Our guide also poured us gojingamrae-ju (coke bomb), beer with a shot of soju and a shot of coke. It's actually really good! Korea has so many great food dishes, and this tour is a great introduction to them.
Our foreign staffs enjoyed the cooking, market tour as well as the foods! As Korean, I also enjoyed the foods as they were deliciously prepared. I will definitely recommend this class to other foreigners as well!
It was the first time to participate in the cooking class. It is really good opportunity to learn how to cook Korean foods. I hope many people (especially foreigners) will join this class.
