Experiences the authentic vegetarian dish of Baan Sattaya. Baan Sattaya brings the old lost Thai traditional vegetarian cooking method to serve and teach you. The combinations of ingredients with spices and condiments is one of the secrets that have yet to reveal!

- Highlights: Special Recipes such as Tom Yum, Padthai, Yen Ta Four, etc. However, we have a lot of Thai food and dessert recipes.

- 9:00 am: Arrive at our Baan Sattaya Cooking School
- 9:05 am: Introduction and coffee or tea is served with our special dessert
- 9:30 am: Cooking session 1 and testing: Appetizer
- 10:00 am: Cooking session 2 and testing: Soup
- 10:45 am: Cooking session 3 and testing: Main Dish
- 11:20 am: Dessert session
- 12:00 pm: Enjoy dishes with friends and take photos
- 1:00 pm: End of the cooking class

"Excellent 11/10"
Our Thai vegetarian cooking class was excellent. Our teacher / chef was a lady called Noo and she has extensive experience in the industry. We also liked the fact that Noo’s shop is a family run business that has been operating in Bangkok for many years.
The quality of our ingredients was excellent and Noo showed us every single step of the preparation process and then cooked for us after which we cooked and she supervised.
The process was extremely easy and the results were incredibly delicious! We will definitely make the dishes we learnt with Noo at home.
Noo also provides you with other options and variations on your recipes and tells you how to adapt for other ingredients.
It was an all round fun, learning and culinary experience. And the best part was enjoying our meals at the end.
Noo is renowned throughout Bangkok for her desserts so we will be back again to learn some of her dessert recipes.
Highly recommended.
