In this experience, I will take you to the best Izakaya (Japanese bar and restaurant), standing bars, or chicken skewer bars in Shinjuku, a neighborhood in Tokyo that is a city in itself. The places we will go are the bars and restaurants patronized by locals. They serve terrifically delicious Japanese dishes that we'll wash down with beer, Japanese sake, and other types of booze. We will visit two or three of these depending on time.
Next, we will walk you through the red-light district called Kabuki-cho. This is one of the biggest nightlife areas in Japan. After this, we will head to the main bar district where there are over 200 bars to check out. This area is famous for its time-period subcultures which are located in buildings that depict the different time-period themes. We will visit one or two of the bars in this area. You will have the opportunity to continue bar hopping after the tour ends. It's your chance to explore the rest of the 200 bars!
-What's Included
We will provide three dishes in the first restaurant and two dishes in second restaurant which would be enough for you. We will provide total three drinks. You get a free complimentary drink when we visit the first and second Izakaya, Japanese restaurant and one in the bar.

Please bring JPY cash if you would like to enjoy extra foods and drinks.

Monday - Saturday
- 6:00 pm: Meet at the meeting point in Shinjuku, Tokyo
- 6:10 pm: Arrive at the first restaurants and enjoy Japanese local foods
- 7:00 pm: Move to the standing bar (10 minutes walk)
- 8:00 pm: Walk around Shinjuku and introduce Japanese nightlife and food culture
- 8:30 pm: Enjoying Japanese local drinks in the bar
- 9:00 pm: Direct the guests to Shinjuku station

Shinjuku station is the busiest station in the world, I recommend you come a little bit earlier to find our meeting point. I'm looking forward to seeing you soon!
Please be informed that only the first drink in the first restaurant is included in the booking cost. Extra cost of foods and drinks are collected at the end of the tour which will be normally around 5,000 JPY. Please don't forget to bring extra cash for some other unplanned cost.
