Learn Ramen, the first thing you will learn from this class is how to make delicious ramen soup without MSG. Next, you will learn the difference between ramen noodles and other noodles and how to make these bouncy noodles. You will also learn my secret ramen soup broth recipe (non-veggie).

You will be able to remake delicious ramen noodles or gyoza at home with my recipe whenever you like. We will cook in my recently remodeled kitchen and we will enjoy the food in my cozy and calm tatami dining room.

"Educational, delicious and fun."

Nahoko was a great host and teacher! We really enjoyed the ramen cooking class; we learned a lot and it was easy to follow along. We learned to cook super delicious ramen. Very nice teacher. What I liked a lot is that the teacher was able to answer some very detailed questions about different steps. She provided sound advice based on her own experience. And also talked about alternatives. Why and how they work or don't work. Very knowledgeable teacher!

I loved being welcomed into Nahoko’s home and learning how to make ramen broth and noodles. Nahoko was warm and welcoming and provided us with both background about ramen and ramen broth and knowledge to make a delicious broth from a variety of ingredients even if they differ from what we used in class. She was able to accommodate vegetarian, pescatarian, and gluten-free diet needs. Highly recommend!
