In this class, everything is handmade—noodles, soup, chashu pork, and gyoza.
- Noodles: Crafted from a simple mixture of flour, salt, and water, the dough is kneaded, stretched, and cut by hand—no machines involved.
- Soup: Made in a traditional pork bone style, using authentic Japanese seasonings. You'll learn all about the seasonings so you can recreate the flavors at home.
- Chashu Pork: Expertly seasoned and prepared to complement the soup.
You'll also receive a recipe to take home.
Experience the joy of making noodles from scratch and discover the unique process of creating your own ramen and gyoza.
While plenty of restaurants serve ramen and dumplings, none can compare to the ones you make yourself. Join us for this one-of-a-kind culinary adventure and enjoy creating the most special ramen and gyoza in the world!

- Gyoza( Wrap ground pork and vegetable mixture in dumpling skin. Bake in a flying pan)

The event will be held in a rental kitchen in Tokyo or at a home in Yokohama. Once you have booked a client, please let us know whether you prefer Tokyo or Yokohama. The rental kitchen will be conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from a station, such as Ginza or Shinjuku.
