• Tom Yum Kung ( Hot and Sour Prawn Soup
• Pad Thai ( Thai Style Fried Rice Noodles )

Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday:

• Tom Kha Kai ( Chicken and Galangal in Coconut Cream Soup )
• Po Taek ( Spicy Seafood Soup )
• Pad Kaphao Kai ( Stir-fried Minced Chicken with Chilli and Holy Basil )

• 9:15   am: Siriwattana market tour
• 9:45   am: Depart for Air’s Thai Culinary Kitchen
• 10:15 am: Introduction to the herbs and spices garden - outdoor
• 10:30 am: Coffee break
• 10:40 am: Introduction to ingredients / recipes for the course
• 11:00 am: Demonstration & Hands on cooking
• 12:30 pm: Lunch
• 1:00   pm: End of course & hotel drop-off
