课程介绍

Learn how to cook the Balinese way. You will be taught how to cook using traditional techniques and utensils. With the assistance of our professional cooking teachers you will be taught how to prepare a complete meal based on Balinese recipes. The classes end with lunch consisting of the dishes you prepared which will be accompanied by traditional hibiscus tea and a Balinese rice wine.

What I liked: Cooking as a group made the cooking class easy and fun to go through.

What to know: Good for large groups.

Good for: People interested in a mix of hands-on cooking and cooking demonstrations.

"Fantastic experience"

My widow and I had a great time doing the cooking class. The market tour and lessons about the local fruits and vegetables was very interesting. Learning how to prepare and cook the food was fantastic but eating the food itself was outstanding. You have a great facility, the chefs were amazing and spoke clearly. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Bali, even if you’re like me and can’t cook.

The experience was spot on! This is perfect for family activities and large group of friends. We had a short tour at the local market wherein we had the chance to meet and see how Indonesian markets work. Then we went straight to the cooking class. We were introduced to Balinese cuisine in a very interesting way. It was a hands-on English class. We learned cooking satay, traditional grilled fish and curries to authentic Balinese desserts. The staff were very helpful and were ready to assist us when needed. Overall, we prepared and cooked 10 Balinese cuisines. They gave us a certificate after completing the class and recipe booklets.

I recommend this cooking class to everyone who comes to Bali. Very well planned out and a great day. The teacher is well spoken. A must for everyone!
