Chef Tony will guide you step-by-step through the cooking process and show you a range of local Thai herbs and seasonings, as well as what you can substitute them with when you cook at home.
You will see all these ingredients first-hand on our tour to a local market, where you'll have the chance to try some Thai fruit, dessert, and snacks.
Every participant will receive a complimentary recipe book, so you can bring back the flavors of Thailand to your own kitchen.
