Surrounded by nature in a warm and traditional Tuscan cuisine our tutor will teach you the secrets of Italian recipes such as fresh pasta, sauces, bread and pizza and cooking basic techniques. 

Our classes are an unique opportunity to learn how important is taking care of each ingredients. We only use food that is: organic, seasonal, whole, balanced, fresh and delicious. Vegetables comes from our own garden and we personally select and buy whole ancient grains flours, local extra virgin olive oil and local wine. 

Our classes are practical (with vegetarian option upon request) and our tutor will teach you the healthiest way to cook ingredients and how food significantly affects our physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

• Handmade Fresh Pasta - no eggs (Tagliatelle or Ravioli) with ragù sauce
• Tuscan Bruschetta (with fresh tomatoes, seasonal vegetables or scrambled tofu)
• Blanched Veggies (how to cook al dente and preserve nutritional properties)
• Dessert (no sweetener at all)

日程表

• 10:00 am: Meet the chefs at cooking school. Your class begin with a quick lesson about healthy vegan cooking skills.
• 10:30 am: Cooking session 1 - Prepare the vegan sauce (ragù) and handmade pasta
• 11:30 am: Cooking session 2 -  Cook Veggies, Bruschetta and dessert. 
• 1:00 pm: Enjoy your meal! You will taste what we cooked togheter. 
• 2:00 pm: End of the class, a final certificate is given to all students.
