When you come to MaMa, you haven't just come to a cooking school. You've arrived at a mecca for wine lovers. 

Every year, hundreds of bottles of quality Italian wine passes through MaMa, thanks to our head sommelier, Filippo Bartolotta (who formerly worked for the Obama family). 

Join us on a wine tasting journey to discover the wonderful world of Italian wine. You'll learn about Italy's most important wine regions and the difference between DOC and DOCG. 

Our English-speaking sommelier will then introduce you to the hidden gems of Italian wine, including two beautiful white wines from Tuscany and two exceptional red wines. 

All wines will be paired delicious small dishes, which will be prepared by our chef.
