Experiences the authentic dish of Baan Sattaya, Tom Yum Koong. As Chef Pornnarin who is a passionate Prawn-Lover, wanted to bring the old lost Thai traditional cooking method of cooking prawns to serve and teach you. The combinations of ingredients with spices and condiments is one of the secret that has yet to been reveal!

Facility: have a lot of tools to support your experience

"Awesome!"

Loved to meal. You cook everything your self with the help but it’s mostly your work. You also get to choose what you want to cook. The teacher was awesome!

"Great class for foreigner"

She, the leader of the course was very kind and we had no problem on communication during the class. A good point I want to tell you is she let us know how to make 'the traditional' Thai food. Please take this course!

This is one of the best cooking classes you can take from a professional cooks oppinion in all of Bangkok if not Thailand. let me start by saying you can take a cooking classes from these very experienced Chefs by visiting either the website, the Facebook page, or mobile app known as "Cookly". more then your average home cooking class that you normally find. I more then reccomend this to anyone from home cooks to seasoned professionals. you will take more then you could imagine from this. The head chef Nou (forgive me if spelt wrong) is a very very talented lady with a wealth of knowledge to share and that is a huge understatement. From international cusine to authentic traditional thai they show extreme professionalism and technique. above all the passion and care is bewildering. as you can see from the pictures available on the Facebook page the art and passion that goes into the desserts as well as the food is mind blowing. everything you see is artisanally hand crafted which is hard to belive due to the perfection. The images do not do it justice as a simple taste will show you more then what meets the eye even with the immaculate presentation. Some of the top fine dining locations could not compare. from simply a few hours I left with more knowledge and respect for what they do In the thai pastry world as well as the traditional cooking style then I could imagine. I am flabbergasted at the fact this place is not world renown. If you want to try some of the best desserts Thailand can offer seak out the location where this chef resides. A key aspect to learning is the language barrier and it was non existent here with very fluent English skills you will learn very well. I felt at home in their kitchen and will be going back ASAP. I cannot thank this amazing couple enough for their time and they deserve as many great reviews as the world can offer. I will be returning for a second class to learn as much as I can before I leave Thailand. Khap Kuhn Krab.

"Very different and nice experience"

It is really a pleasure activity to learn how to prepare traditional dishes from Thai cuisine. The chef was extremely knowledgable and friendly giving many tips and advices during the class. Staff was very kind as well. It was a great experience! Thanks!!!
