Miso Ramen From Scratch Cooking Class in Gion

課程介紹

Created around a delicious and healthy miso ramen, this fun and an interesting course is led by an experienced local chef and will teach you all you need to know to recreate this Japanese favorite in your home.

Using professional quality tools and ingredients, you will prepare ramen noodles from scratch, marinated cha-shu pork and eggs as well as the all important ramen soup! Alongside our main course, we will also teach you how to artistically slice cucumbers for use in a spicy cucumber salad as well as our secret technique for healthy ginger chicken thigh!

As for tools, we have a great noodle maker and for cutting, we have teamed up with our friends at Tower Knives in Osaka to give you a chance to use some of the best knives in the world! 

When the cooking is over, sit down to enjoy your creations over a cold beer, local sake, or delicate green tea!

Adaptable for vegetarians, this course is fun, hands on and easy to recreate in your own home. After sitting down to enjoy your creations, leave with full stomachs, great memories and a take-home recipe.
