Learn how to pick local ingredients during the wet market tour. And head to the chef's house to enjoy the cooking session. 

We will cook some local dishes with fresh and healthy ingredient. Home recipe is the best! Not all the Chinese food are greasy or heavy. You will learn tips for cooking Chinese food. To find the best match of all the seasonal ingredients. After the class you can make your family and friends a table of good Chinese feast!

• Sweet and sour pork
• Home made Chiu Siu (bbq pork)
• Steam fish with shredded ginger & green shallots
• Four seasons green beans (Fried green beans with mined pork & garlic)
• Red bean soup with lotus seed dessert

Every Tuesday 

• 9:00 am: Meet at Choi Hung MTR and start for the wet market tour
• 10:00 am: Set off to the cooking venue
• 10:30 am: Cooking session
• 12:30 pm: Enjoy lunch together
• 1:00 pm: Enjoy dessert
• 1:30 pm: End of the class
