My class caters to meat eaters, vegetarians & vegans! During my class, you will learn how to cook & prepare Thai dishes and leave feeling confident and comfortable cooking them in your own kitchen! In this half-day course you will learn how to make your own curry paste, and then make a delicious lunch to enjoy with your friends.

11:00 am: Market trip and food tasting
12:30 pm: Make your own curry paste
1:00 pm: Prepare your own Thai dishes with expert teaching
3:00 pm: Enjoy sharing a delicious meal with your classmates!
