This cooking class and market tour will give you a deep understanding of Thai ingredients. We will begin the class by visiting the local market, where you will learn how to select most of the ingredients that will be used to make the dishes.
During the class, you will learn the techniques behind cutting the ingredients, and the right timing to add them to create a flavourful dish. You will select 5 dishes that you prefer from our menu list to create your own dish.
Our teachers and staff will provide special care and attention to all of you ensuring you make an Amazing Thai dish by yourself (fully hands-on).
Please plan your trip well as the class duration is 12 hours long (with a 2-hour break) since it takes a while to learn the secrets of a Thai kitchen! However, please do not hesitate to join the class as we believe in making tough things easy!

10.10 am: Class introduction by the chef
10:20 am: Going to the local market
10.30 am: Learn how to pice ingredients at the market
12:30 pm: Go back to the school
12:50 pm: Start cooking! Hand on with the food by the chef guidelines
3:30 pm: Time to enjoy your food and take a break before the next section
6.00 pm: Start the evening class with dinner together
7:00 pm: Continue learning the dish that you select
9:00 pm: Time to make the last dish which is the Thai dessert
10:00 pm: Class ends with everyone smile and time to say good
