Come and experience the genuine taste of Sardinia!
In this cooking class, you will learn to prepare our traditional family recipes. We grew up watching our grandmothers prepare traditional Sardinian dishes every day. The techniques, aromas and flavors of the kitchen are part of our history and DNA , and we hope to pass our passion for Italian cooking to you.
Each participant will have their own cooking station. You'll learn how to make fresh pasta, topped with a beautiful tomato sauce. You'll use tomatoes grown straight from our organic veggie garden.
In fact, all your ingredients will be organic, seasonal, and locally-sourced. Your pasta uses flour made from an ancient Sardinian grain milled by historic mills in a little village nearby, and your ricotta cheese for the ravioli filling is made using traditional techniques and mixed with wild herbs.
Make sure you arrive with an empty belly! Not only will we dine on your cooking creations, but you'll also sample complimentary local produce — including organic ricotta, honey, cheese, homemade Pane Carasau, and our region's flagship Vermentino white wine.
The experience will last about 3 hours and will take place in the city center. The itinerary is flexible so we can work around your schedule (please let us know when you book).
