In this experience, we will first go to a nearby local wet market where you will learn how to choose the best local ingredients. Next, we will head to our kitchen to start the hands-on baking class to make the freshest HK-style yummy egg tarts. 

I've loved egg tarts since I was young and I'm excited to share my love with you. This class is perfect for anybody visiting Hong Kong and will create an amazing day for you where we can share our knowledge. After preparation, we'll sit around the table together to enjoy what we've baked.

• 7:00 pm: Meet inside MTR Shau Kei Wan station, Customer Service center
• 7:10 pm: Market tour
• 8:00 pm: Hands-on cooking class at the studio
• 8:30 pm: Finish all the baking and enjoy the meal
• 9:00 pm: End of the class
