課程介紹

Learn how to cook Authentic Thai Cuisine in a real Thai house in Trang. You'll meet your host Annie and you will get to truly experience Thailand and live like a local for a day.

Annie has been the owner of local bakery for more than 10 years and is specialized in cooking typical southern dishes.You'll be with an experienced cook who will take you step-by-step through each recipe. Enjoy a tour around the local market where we will show you popular Thai ingredients and their vegetarian substitutes. When the cooking is all over you can sit and enjoy all of your hard work in our scenic dining area, next to the pond. 

時間表

• 8:00 - 8:30 am: Pickup service from your Hotel (Please indicate the hotel address on the booking page.)
• 9:00 am: Market tour
• 10:00 pm: Cooking Class session
• 12:00 pm: Lunch
• 1:00 pm: Return to Hotel

• Sour & spicy shrimp soup (tom yam kung)
• Papaya salad (som tum)
• Stirred fried thai hot basil with minced pork (pad kra pow moo)
• Green curry with chicken (kaeng kieow wan kai)
