課程介紹

If you are the one who want to experiences not only the authentic Thai cooking dishes but the cultural tours also. Many authentic Thai dishes are rarely done, but you will find and cook them here. We want to share our experiences from The Royal Thai Cuisine School where we had graduated. We are also have various Thai crafting classes provided.The class can be customized according to the groups or families.

Thai Snacks 3 hours

• Chor Muang (purple dumplings with chicken stuffed)
• Pun Sib (dumplings with chicken stuffed)

Sweet 3 hours

• Organic Kanom Ko Ga ti sod (sweet dumplings with coconut in palm sugar and dress with fresh coconut milk and sesame)
• Sung Kaya (Thai style pandan leaves, purple sweet potato and pumpkin custard)

*** Class can be changed according to the customers' availability.

時間表

• 9:00 am: Pick up at the meeting point or hotel
• 9:30 am: Local market tour (optional)
• 10:30 am: Introduction and herbal drinks served
• 10:45 am: Cooking workshop and Tasting 
• 1:00 pm: Food served and Q&A 
• 1:45 pm: End of the cooking class
• 2:00 pm: Back to hotel
