Taste a variety of Peruvian flavors between traditional meals and drinks in one of the most colorful districts of Lima. Take part into interactive workshops and learn how to prepare the popular ceviche & pisco sour, the respective national dish and drink. Your guide will tell you about the historical and cultural facts hidden behind the dishes you’ll be having during the tour.

Along with your friendly local guide, embark on a 4 hours walking food tour in which you’ll have breakfast and lunch! During this culinary experience, you will taste the most traditional local delicacies from a variety of small restaurants and local shops. You won’t only eating well, you’ll visit one of the most beautiful neighborhood of Lima; Barranco!

During our Barranco Ultimate Peruvian Food Tour, you’ll visit 8 different restaurants, taste 16 different local flavors from fruits, to drinks and dishes. Also, you’ll meet with inspiring local artisans and small entrepreneurs, learn about their stories while enjoying some of the best Peruvian dishes such as lomo saltado, ceviche, pisco sour and so on! This 4 hours tour is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the Peruvian history and culture, since as you’ll see, every bit you’ll taste has a story to tell.

• Peruvian Chocolate - Premium small-batch organic chocolate
• Causa Limeña - Mashed yellow potatoes seasoned with lime and ají, and filled with seafood and avocado
• Ceviche - Peru’s most famous dish. Fresh raw fish cured in lime and spiced with ají
• Fried fish - Local deep-fried fish perfect to pair with your ceviche
• Chicha Morada - Natural drink made of purple corn
• Lomo Saltado - Sauteed beef tenderloin, a dish of Cantonese legacy
• Tacu Tacu - From Creole origins, it consists of a mixture of rice and beans, fried in the pan
• Inca Kola - The famous Peruvian soda that Coca-Cola could never surpass
• Pisco Sour - Peru's most famous cocktail, made of pisco, lima, egg white and syrup
