Cherry Blossom Special: Japanese Sushi Art Cooking Class with Picnic Bento Set (Vegan Applicable)

課程介紹

A great cooking class for your Hanami(cherry blossom viewing) picnic, including casual bamboo bento box with wrapping cloth for giveaway.
After the class you can bring the bento to Hama Rikyu Gardens, which is the nearest park within 15 minutes walking distance from my studio, it's a public park located at the mouth of the Sumida River with broad landscaped garden surrounded by seawater moat filled by Tokyo Bay.

You can learn how to make two kinds of Vegan Sushi. Temari Sushi, which is cute-balled shape sushi topped with vegetable decoration, whilst Sushi art make you surprise to see flower design coming up when you cut Sushi roll into pieces. Also side dishes recipe and vegetable broth are also included in the program.

• 11:30 am: Sushi Lesson (Temari sushi & Sushi Roll Art) 
• 12:30 pm: Hourenso No Shiraae & Nasu to Piman No Miso Itame
• 1:00 pm: Osuimono 
• 1:30 pm: Time to enjoy your dish
