課程介紹
During two hours you will learn everything about cacao and chocolate, discover how to make chocolate from the bean to the bar, make your own chocolates and take them with you. You will not only find yourself in a free and interactive place full of chocolate secrets –like its history, its nature, its production and fun facts– you will also encounter a wide range of chocolate themed products.

- You will learn the history of cacao and chocolate

- Roast and grind cacao beans
- Prepare 3 chocolate drinks
- Mold chocolates and add the toppings you like
- Unmold, pack the chocolates and take them with you

"Great fun for the whole family!"
The leader, Fernanda, was knowledgeable and friendly. We had a group of 7 which was perfect. As the title of the class says, we went "bean to bar". After getting a history and process lesson, we roasted the cocoa beans, shelled them, ground them into paste (I won the contest for fastest and smoothest paste), and made personalized chocolate bars to take home and three drinks to try together. It was great fun for all of us!
