- 8:30 am: Pickup at meeting point
- 9:00 am: Take a Boat to cross the river to Phra Pradaeng
- 9:15 am: Cycling to the cooking school
- 1:30 pm: Bring the customer back to the meeting point

- For individual bookings, changes and full refunds can be granted until 7 days prior to the class. - For private classes and groups over 5 people, rescheduling and full refunds can only be granted until 3 weeks prior to the class, after which point we may be able to refund according to the number of spaces we manage to fill. - Khun Poo is entitled to fair working conditions like any other employee, which includes sick leave, personal days, vacation, and professional development. - As our school is located in the heart of the Klong Toey slum, it is difficult for people to find us so we provide a free pick up and drop off service at Emporium Suites (622 Sukhumvit Road).
- We advise everybody to travel by skytrain (BTS) to Phrom Phong BTS station. Here you take Exit 2 down to Sukhumvit Road where you follow the front of the Emporium Mall around to the right (Emporium Suites is behind the Emporium Mall). Please meet us in front of the Emporium Suites under the awning, opposite of the Benjasiri Gardens, at 8.15 am.
- Our pick up time is 8:30 am (sharp). If you are late, then unfortunately you will have to miss the market tour and we will do all possible to pick you up afterwards and before the class commences. Our drop off time is around 1 pm.
