課程介紹

We offer Chinese cooking Classes, both homemade food and street food in a healthy way. The famous dishes in Hong Kong are Pot Rice and Chinese Congee.

Pot rice is cooked directly in the hot pot covered with seasonal ingredients, like Pork with Chinese Sausage in Autumn and winter, and meat with various vegetable in different seasons. Pork, Beef, and Chicken are available in all seasons, we will teach about how to match the ingredients with seasonal food to fit your favor.

We will teach you basic techniques for Chinese Congee which is very good for health and delicious. We will also have home-made congee with fresh ingredients to suit your taste.
