Home-Style Cooking Class with Wet Market Tour

課程介紹

We will show you the various of Chinese cuisine from home-style cooking, vegetarian menu to Dim Sum class.

All the class included local wet market tour where you will discover the local ingredients and learn how to bargain in Chinese! Then we will back to the kitchen, the teacher will explain you the important part of Chinese food: seasoning, cooking methods, what people really eat at home and so on, then begin the hands-on cooking practice for every participant.

After the cooking class, we will eat together and have a chat over a cup of tea. You will be offered to a traditional tea ceremony: gong fu cha, with some of finest Chinese tea.
