Join us on this culinary adventure where you will not only learn how to cook interesting new dishes but find a new appreciation for vegetarian cuisine.

"Nem" is Vietnamese word used for fried spring roll - one of signature Hanoian dishes. This traditional Vietnamese Spring Roll recipe is a fresh and healthy recipe, full of veggies, NO meat, so you can chow down with less guilt :)

Along with the main course, we will teach you how to prepare a great salad in Vietnamese style in less than 10 mins. Fresh, tasty and sophisticated adding appetizer to the main dish.
