Do you want to focus on the pasta? This is it: in two hours you will learn from scratch how to make Fettucine, Ravioli, Tortellini, Lasagna, Cannelloni, Orecchiette, Cavatelli and Papillions. Experiment with different types of doughs and flours. You will master the manual art of Pasta and understand the different regional cultural influences, behind some of the world wide most famous foods.
You will also learn the most known sauces that come with each type of Pasta such as, Carbonara, Bologneses, Pesto and Norma Sauce with Eggplants.
